Keeps the canonical docs in lockstep with RunicGateway/website#76 (the role-agnostic /auth/me/* self surface — Android-app prerequisite §8 item 1).

website/BACKEND_DESIGN.md: adds the /auth/me/account* rows to the /auth API-contract table and a note that the surface reuses account.controller behind requireAuth (any role), so a client manages its own account without ever touching /admin.
android/PLAN.md: marks §8 item 1 ✅ DONE and updates the prerequisite-progress summary. Remaining open: version/health for first-run (item 4), branding confirmation (item 6); push (item 3) is post-v1.

How it was tested

Docs-only — proofread against the shipped routes and regenerated OpenAPI spec in website#76.

- BACKEND_DESIGN.md: add the /auth/me/account* rows to the /auth API contract and
