Adds the canonical copy of the website architecture Mermaid diagram.

  • New website/ARCHITECTURE.md — the canonical diagram plus fuller notes (layered backend & auth surfaces, the never-internet-facing shard bridge, the two WS/REST paths from the sidecar, the two-channel SSE fan-out, and secrets-at-rest). Cross-links to BACKEND_DESIGN.md, docs/link/, and the website README.
  • website/website-README.md mirror — embeds the same diagram + Contents entry, keeping the mirror in step with the website repo README.

Companion to RunicGateway/website PR #92 (same branch name), which adds the identical diagram to the website README. Rendered with mermaid-cli to confirm it parses.
