What & why

The RunicNPC 9d player session, played by the org lead on 2026-10-09 on both rigs (Rust 25797215, Oxide 2.0.7815, Carbon 2.0.262). All fifteen client-only rows pass.

Decision
D323 Each example profile wears its own outfit: raider scrap armour, camp guard metal, sniper hide, Juggernaut heavy plate. D289's weapons stay.
D324 Example kits' items are written at full durability, read from this Rust's item definitions (armour had shipped at 0, weapons at a flat 100).
D325 /rnpc here stands the NPC 1 m in front of the admin, facing them; their own spot when that does not fit.
  • runicnpc/PLAN.md: D323–D325, the here row of the command table, and "9d, the player session": results per row, what the session asked for next (default dome stack 3; a recommended PopupNotifications banner shipped by docs, installer and egg), the Carbon Kits-reload finding (not fixed), and two walk artifacts.
  • runicnpc/API.md: the example kits' outfits and durability.
  • runicnpc/COMMANDS.md: where /rnpc here puts the NPC, and that it makes a respawning placement.

Companion PR

runicnpc-rust#16 (→ edge).

How it was tested

Docs only. The results are the walk's, read from the rigs' logs and the org lead's screenshots.

Decisions from the 9d player walk, 2026-10-09: each example profile wears its own
outfit, and the example kits' items are written at full durability read from the
item definitions. API.md's note on the example kits says both.
