Records the 2026-10-14 RaidableBases drift check and the org lead's two rulings, in modules/rust/PLAN_REDESIGNS.md.

What changes

  • §11.4.2 is now "The paid edition: an old copy read (2026-10-14), the current copy still to come". It records a source-only comparison of the only paid copy on hand, 3.0.5 (2025-05-03), against uMod's free 3.2.2. Nothing was loaded on a rig.
    • The same in both: the 17-argument lifecycle hooks (the only difference is level, which is 512 on free and 0–4 on paid), rbevent / despawnall / rb.reloadprofiles, base id "0", and every member §11.4.4's helper reached.
    • Where 3.0.5 differs: GetRaidableModes() instead of GetAllDifficulties(); a different GetAllEvents shape; a spawn call other plugins can Call that takes a position and a difficulty; no BypassUseOwners() and no Manual lock pair (D206's patch target); seabed spawns (D208's water refusal); a widened IsAreaSafe; paid-only purchase hooks; no lockout hook.
    • What the current-copy spike must record, and what D348 asks of the build: detect by member rather than by edition, give each part the best route it has, and say so on the site where there is none.
  • §10: two new decisions.
    • D347: no §11.4 code until the current paid copy arrives and its spike has run.
    • D348: Runic Gateway and all its systems support either edition, free or paid, as far as each allows. This widens D202.
  • The header, §9 item 7 and §11.4's paid-edition bullet now point at D347/D348.

For the org lead to check

Two lines in "What D348 asks of the build" go a step beyond your words. Change them if you disagree:

  • Each part is tested against both editions' shapes.

  • The end walk covers a rig with each edition.

PLAN_REDESIGNS §11.4.2 now records a source reading of the only paid copy
on hand (3.0.5, 2025-05-03) against uMod's free 3.2.2: what both share
(the 17-argument hooks, rbevent, every member the helper reached) and where
3.0.5 differs (difficulty list, GetAllEvents, a callable position and
difficulty spawn, no BypassUseOwners(), seabed spawns, paid-only hooks,
no lockout hook).

D347: no §11.4 code until the org lead supplies the current paid copy and
its spike has run. D348: every part supports either edition by the best
route each offers, and says so where there is none. Header and §9 updated.
