The org lead played every client-only row on both rigs on 2026-10-09 (Rust 25797215,
Oxide 2.0.7815, Carbon 2.0.262). Records the results, the decisions the session made
(D323-D325), what was asked for next (dome stack 3, the PopupNotifications banner),
the Carbon Kits-reload finding, and two walk artifacts.
