RunicGatewayDomes.cs (PLAN_REDESIGNS §3.2, D194) ships beside the bridge from the next Rust-Plugins release (Rust-Plugins feat/zones-domes). The installer already places every helper the plugin manifest lists, so nothing about installing changes. doctor now names the helper's absence in the operator's words: the zones still open, but the site offers no dome.
