Exit criterion

A second person can stand up Bridle from the README against their own Gitea and reach a working agent session.

Open items to settle before release

  • Repository visibility, and whether GPLv3 remains the license — "usable by others" plus GPLv3 has implications for anyone embedding Bridle
  • Documentation must state the ADR-0008 limit plainly: Bridle constrains what flows through it, not what an agent can physically do. Under-communicating this would be worse than not having the enforcement tier at all.
