What & why

The app half of the Rust module's Economics (docs/modules/rust/PLAN_REDESIGNS.md §11.2.2): a Coins section on the Rust account screen, read from GET /player/rust/economics (Module-Rust PR alongside).

There is one card per server, showing each linked account's balance. A balance the server didn't answer for just now is marked "last known". Where the server has no Economics, the card says "Economics is not installed on this server" (D199).
It is a third independent read, beside the links and the entitlements, and a link re-reads it. A 404 from a module older than protocol 14 leaves the section out, rather than showing an error the player can do nothing about.
A balance never reported shows a dash, not 0 (coinAmount).

How it was tested

gradlew testDebugUnitTest lintDebug assembleDebug passes locally.
Four tests are new:
- the view model's third read, and a link re-reading it;
- a 404 leaving the rest of the screen alone;
- the DTO decoding the module's shape, including a server without Economics;
- the formatter's dash.
Note: this repo's CI runs only on PRs into main, so the local run is the check for this PR.
