Updates android/PLAN.md build-progress (§9) to mark M1 — connect & browse done (tracks RunicGateway/Android-app#6) and set M2 (public shard + SSE) as next.

Summarizes the M1 functional Kotlin pass — first-run connect flow, runtime-selected base URL via a sentinel-host Retrofit + host-selection interceptor, the layered ApiResult stack, brand-seeded theming, and the public content/wiki/pages/contact screens — and records the deliberate hand-written vs openapi-generator API-client deviation from §2 with its rationale (the committed swagger-output.json is swagger-autogen output whose component schemas are meta-descriptive, not codegen-clean).

Docs-only; pairs with the code PR.

Mark M0+M1 done in the build-progress header and next up M2. Summarize
the M1 functional pass (first-run connect, runtime base URL + host
interceptor, layered ApiResult stack, brand-seeded theming, public
content/wiki/pages/contact screens) and record the deliberate
hand-written-vs-openapi-generated API-client deviation from §2 and its
