Syncs the extracted website/website-README.md with the current website repo README after the org rename + BRAND_* branding work. It still carried the old UOMysticmoon identity throughout.

Changes

Title + intro → Runic Gateway (UOMysticmoon retained only as the example first instance).
UOM/link → RunicGateway/link (link, diagram).
Dev DB defaults: uomm-db/uomysticmoon/uomm → rg-db/runic_gateway/runic.
COOKIE_NAME uomm_token → rg_token; TOTP_ISSUER default UOMysticmoon → BRAND_NAME.
Added the Branding (BRAND_*) section.

Link handling for the docs-repo context

BACKEND_DESIGN.md links kept relative (it's a sibling file here).
The .env.uomysticmoon.example link points at the website repo, where that file actually lives.

Only intentional "UOMysticmoon is the first instance" mentions remain. UOMSITE/ in the project-structure tree is left as-is to match the canonical website README.
