ba7031987f chore(bundle): seed the bundles branch with the published matrix 
Carries bundle 2026.08.04 across from main, where bundles used to be
committed. Every bundle is kept forever so --bundle <tag> stays
reproducible, so the move must not lose the one that already exists.
