gradle.properties sets JVM heap to 2 GiB and enables daemon/parallel/caching
flags — required to prevent Gradle GC thrashing on first build. .gitignore
excludes build outputs, .gradle cache dirs, local.properties, and IDE files
going forward.

- Set up Android project structure with Gradle 8.7, Kotlin 2.0, and Hilt.

- **Settings:** Profile management, data clearing, and app theme configuration.
- Add DataStore for managing user preferences such as active profile and onboarding status.
