Repo reorg Phase 2 — documentation extraction.

BACKEND_DESIGN.md, HERO_EDITOR.md, and WIKI_UPGRADE.md have been extracted (with full commit history, via git filter-repo) into the central RunicGateway/docs repo under website/.

Changes here

  • Delete the 3 doc files from this repo.
  • Repoint the README's two BACKEND_DESIGN.md links at the new docs-repo location.

Component/setup content stays in this README; only the standalone design docs moved.

Independent of PR #66 (org-path fixes) — different files/lines, merges cleanly alongside it.
